IT'S 2014

I won't go making new year's resolutions about updating this blog more often.  Hopefully, if I actually stick to my other resolutions, I'll be less overwhelmed and stressed and more posts will be made anyway.

yup, guess who's drawing cartoons/portraits at her old high school's after-prom?

...no offense to the high-schoolers. I just get persnickety when I feel old. :) and i especially feel old... when I find out that it STARTS at midnight. haha.



haven't drawn something completely in photoshop in a while.... cuts a lot of hassle, especially the issue of the scanner....

lack of updates = lack of scanner. this quarter I'm taking drawing for sequential art with Tom Lyle (of spiderman and batman/robin fame! YESSS!!!!) materials and techniques for sequential art with Dove (the father of three) and animation 2 with Debra moorshead of liverpool fame... and she also was a tweener for Richard Williams for "Who Framed Rogre Rabbit" but quit after 6 months because evidently he was a bit of a slave driver.

no matter. i've already done a LOT of drawing for class, but I need to get them all scanned in. keep watching :)

as a tide-over, here's my christmas/newyear's email card for this year because i forgot to post it earlier. in all of its Lama glory:
