just sometimes. mostly, because they attract the best artists in the business, so I could be drooling in awe at all my coworkers every day. but the rest of the time, I'm not too keen on all the hoops that would have to be jumped through; all the suits to be pleased. maybe it isn't really that way... but most of the time it seems like it...
